Job Description

Our Amarillo Service Center remains focused on what really matters, – caring for our customers and helping to keep their families financially secure.  We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent keyboarding skills and experience using Word and Excel programs.  

Performance Objectives:
•  Process policy changes, requests from agents, agencies, financial institutions, marketing companies and policy holders as it relates to annuity or claims administration.
•  Maintain positive customer outcomes by resolving routine problems and responding to internal/external client service requests.

 
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•  Computer experience using Microsoft Word, Excel programs.  Access experience is a plus.
•  Excellent attention to detail 
•  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
•  Ability to work overtime and some Saturday’s. Overtime may be with minimal notice.
•  Some areas may have staggered start and end times.
